➤ Brewing Method:

1. Put proper amount of tea leaves in the teapot. Suggest using proportion of 3g of tea leaves with 100ml of water.
2. Heat up the teapot with hot water by pouring hot water into the teapot then pouring it out after some time.
3. Official brewing time. Pour in sufficient water and decide the brewing time according to the size of teapot and personal preference. The general suggested time is 1-3 minutes.
4. Before pouring into the tea cups, stir the tea to have even concentration.
5. The procedure of 2nd brew is the same as 1st brew except for brewing time. It can be brewed for a few times until there's no flavor.
